Fabricated Structure: Designed with a fabricated structure fitted with an SS enclosure. Simple, cleanable outside covering. Mounted on anti-vibration pads for stability.
Spraying System: Atomized spray nozzle. High-Precise Peristaltic Pump. Adjustable Stand for Spraying Gun. Solution Holding Tank. Automatic Controls System.
Pan Drive and Hot Air Blowing: Closed powerful pan drive with reduction gearbox and variable speed pulley. Movable hot air blowing system with electric heater.
Easy Maintenance and Replacement: Easy-to-replace polishing pan and other size coating pans available.
Multiple Nozzles and Solution Tanks: The system is available with one or more spraying nozzles, depending on the coating pan size. Solution holding tanks with different capacities and options with or without stirrers.
Temperature Control: Temperature controller provided for precise control during the coating process.
Anti-Vibrating Unit: Ensures proper floor level without the need for additional foundation requirements.
