Complete Filtration without Hold Up: The filter press ensures the complete filtration of batches without any hold-up due to the reverse flow of liquid. It efficiently separates solids, allowing only clear filtrate to pass through.
Enclosed Cake Holding: Solids, cake, and filtered substances remain entirely enclosed, facilitating filtration of toxic, hazardous, and explosive liquids. This design prioritizes safety.
No Contamination: The design prevents contamination of the internal surface of the shell, ensuring the purity of the filtered liquids.
Insulated Shell Model: An optional feature includes an insulated shell model for enhanced temperature control during the filtration process.
Hydraulic Lifting of Shell: Another optional feature is the hydraulic lifting of the shell, providing convenience and efficiency during maintenance and cleaning operations.
Top Dome Structure: The top dome structure guarantees fast and easy removal of the cartridge assembly and cleaning of the cake.
Skid Type Unit: The filter press is designed as a skid-type unit with castor wheels, ensuring mobility and ease of relocation.
